My husband and I highly recommend HiCaliber. We had water under our floor in the kitchen. Steve from HiCaliber came out right away and fixed the issue. He was professional, personable, and really knew his stuff. HiCaliber offers a wide variety of services, and I am sure we will be using them again in the future.

I highly recommend Hicaliber. If you want honest, excellent, and efficient work with a combination of friendly and genuinely caring staff, then Hicaliber is the company you want to contact. It was a pleasure to have my carpets and furniture cleaned. They amazingly removed the huge black spot in one of my rooms from my oldest son when he was working on his vehicle AND got my cream couch back to being cream after my 3 year old attached it with nutella! They did such a fabulous job and took such great care of me, that I have them coming back to stretch my carpets to get out the wrinkles and clean up one corner that has started to lift and frey.

I have been dealing with a nightmare of a problem in my house that is only a year and a half old, and I’ve only lived in it a year. There is flooding into my living room and closet (both on different sides of the wall from my shower area. I put in an insurance claim and was told that I could choose anyone. I spent a few hours searching for a company that could help me clean up the water and fix the damage to the walls and I found HiCaliber. When I called I talk with Lonnie and she was the best. I explained what was going on and how this had happened before and it had been fixed but something was still wrong. She helped me get a hold of the people who needed to be responsible and fix their mistake. She really advocated for me and I wasn’t even paying them. I may not have used their services but I definitely know where I will go to in the future to get things done. Thank you so much for the help!!!

When the death of my husband left me with what seemed an overwhelming series of projects, a friend called and said, “Do not consider any contractor for this project until talk with my contractor from HiCaliber.” He went on to talk about the excellent work that had been done for his home. This recommendation was a wonderful gift! Steve Vaughan and his team did excellent work on projects large and small–including the replacement of a deck, replacement of rain gutters, redoing walls damaged by termites, creation of a garage storage area, electrical work and landscaping needs. We prioritized my needs within my budget and every project was completed with professional expertise in a timely manner. My deck area was transformed from a decaying eye sore to a beautiful addition to the house, one that neighbors and golfers pause to admire. One aspect of the work of this team that I especially appreciated is that at the end of each day, the area was left clean and neat. I know that I will be working with HiCaliber when the next need arises. If I were rating the work on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being excellent), I would award an 11!

HiCaliber did a remodeling project in my kitchen. HiCaliber was responsive from the initial phone call and estimate to the completion of the job. Steve Vaughn is professional and knowledgeable. Steve communicated with me every step of the way, and it was such a pleasure working with him. As a result, they came with all of the equipment and parts necessary to complete the job in record time. The crew was competent, well trained, worked efficiently and cleaned the entire work area and more both visits. They left it much nicer than they found it. Similar projects have been extremely stressful historically when contractors have failed to show up or weren’t equipped to do the job. I recommend HiCaliber without reservation. Great experience and I’m so happy!
