Water Damage

The bad news is, you have water damage.  The good news is, you get to work with HiCaliber and update your kitchen!!

No one wants to worry about damage caused my leaking pipes or sitting water.  But, if you make the call to HiCaliber for the repair we will do whatever we need to with your insurance company to take care of you.  When you use a professional to do the estimation of damage, chances are you will have a better experience.  We use the same programming as insurance companies, so we are able to give very accurate numbers.  We will be there every step of the way!

Often, as a result of sitting water comes rot and in severe cases MOLD.  This is not something that should be handled with out a professional.  HiCaliber has the proper equipment to send samples to testing facilities to evaluate mold, and whether or not it is black mold.  Black mold can be harmful to your health, it is always better to be safe than sorry when concerned about the possibility with black mold spores.

Unfortunately, water has a way of working it’s way through layers.  It may have started as just a leaky sink, over time it can become soaked floor boards, drywall, and cabinetry.  In this particular case, the counter top was affected as well.
