Furniture moving: The utmost care is exercised in moving your furniture during the cleaning process.
Heavy Duty Vacuuming: We use a high efficiency commercial vacuum for maximum dry soil removal, including the area around your baseboards.
Spot Removal: With fiber safety being of paramount importance, special spotting agents will be used in our attempts to remove persistent spots.
Pre-Conditioning: Specialty formulated agents will be used to prepare your carpets for maximum soil suspension.
Carpet agitation: The conditioning agent is expertly groomed into the carpet fibers, bathing each fiber as the soil is being suspended.
This assists the extraction process.
Heavy Duty Truck Mounted “Jet Stream Extraction”: Steam extraction, the process where hot, soft water is injected deep down into the carpet fibers.
Then a powerful suction extracts the deep down dirt, and excess cleaning solution. 98% OF THE MOISTURE IS REMOVED
Low speed buffing: Removes excess cleaning agents and insures thorough soil removal.
Fab Set: Application of this special agent helps to neutralize the PH balance of your carpet.
Tab Furniture: Furniture or other objects that may leave marks are placed upon special blocks. We also place moisture resistant protectors under all legs in order to avoid rust or furniture stains. These tabs can be easily removed by our customers after their carpets have dried.
Final Finishing: We carefully groom your carpet’s pile, which results in a finished, detailed appearance.
