4.	Pre-Conditioning: Specialty formulated agents will be used to prepare your carpets for maximum soil suspension.
5.	Carpet agitation: The conditioning agent is expertly groomed into the carpet fibers, bathing each fiber as the soil is being suspended. This assists the extraction process.
6.	Heavy Duty Truck Mounted “Jet Stream Extraction”: Steam extraction, the process where hot, soft water is injected deep down into the carpet fibers. Then a powerful suction extracts the deep down dirt, and excess cleaning solution. 98% OF THE MOISTURE IS REMOVED
7.	Low speed buffing: Removes excess cleaning agents and insures thorough soil removal.
