“Outstanding servive!! I recently purchased my 1st home and was looking for a home inspection, carpet cleaning for my rental, and carpet cleaning for my new home. I did a lot of research online and found HiCaliber could do it all and they had wonderful reviews. I must say, they really hooked me up! Outstanding customer service, fantastic job with the carpets, and a very thorough home inspection! Customer service seems to be lacking in today’s world, but not with these guys– they far exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond in every step of the process! When I had questions, they were quick to respond. When I had to change the dates/times of my appointments, they were quick to rearrange their schedule to accommodate my needs. When I could not be present to let them in, they were happy to go in, complete their job, and lock up on their way out.
